assignment #6

My African Canadian is Jarome Iginla. Jorme Iginla was born in 1977 in Edmonton, Alberta. He is a profesional hockey player and he is also the captian for the Calgary Flames for many years. Jarome Iginla became the first black captain for hockey in 2003-04. He helped canada win there first place goldon medal for 50 years in the 2002 winter olympics. He was named The western hockey league's player of the year when he was a junior in the Kamloops Blazers.
Iginla participates in numerous community events, and donates $2,000 to charity for each goal he scores. (Thats alot)
